Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, monitoring their engagement and progress, and working with them to achieve program goals and maintain program services and eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and questions and concerns are resolved.
  • Work with customers to meet and achieve program goals and/or maintain program services and eligibility.
  • Conduct workshops and other training-related services for customers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Exhibit considerable programmatic knowledge and assist customers in multiple phases of the application process, from enrollment through the awarding of benefits and services.
  • Assist customers in acquiring services that facilitate program goals, such as educational and/or vocational training, medical, child care, transportation, substance abuse/mental health, child support establishment, legal, and other related needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes on all customer contacts and document activities.
  • Share information about outreach and engagement efforts with project staff and inform them of any barriers that may be preventing customers from engaging with the Provider.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent with 0-1 years of experience.
