Key Responsibilities

  • Manages incoming inquiries and reservation requests through various communication channels in a professional and effective manner.
  • Ensures timely follow-up on all booking requests, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Contacts guests to verify daily reservations.
  • Informs guests about policies and deposit requirements.
  • Collects credit card information for detailed billing and potential disputes.
  • Collaborates with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to communicate any changes and special requests.
  • Maintains and updates guest profiles, ensuring accuracy and merging duplicates as necessary.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of the restaurant's layout and service flow.
  • Responds to phone inquiries regarding reservations, availability, operating hours, and services offered.
  • Acts as a representative of the Milos brand, performing all duties while adhering to core company values to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year of experience in a high-end dining environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while being open to feedback and guidance.
  • Familiarity with POS and reservation systems is advantageous.
