- Maintains and updates guest profiles, ensuring accuracy and merging duplicates as necessary.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of the restaurant's layout and service flow.
- Responds to phone inquiries regarding reservations, availability, operating hours, and services offered.
- Acts as a representative of the Milos brand, performing all duties while adhering to core company values to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a high-end dining environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks while being open to feedback and guidance.
- Familiarity with POS and reservation systems is advantageous.
