Job Title: Administrative Assistant and Funding Coordinator

Job Summary:

Smith College is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Funding Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Class Deans and coordinate funding requests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Class Deans, including coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate funding requests, including managing applications, reviewing submissions, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, including coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in administrative support and funding coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
