About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Patient Care Tech, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Cancer Center team, including scheduling appointments and completing medical history requests.
  • Operate business office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure compliance with organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to type and operate business office equipment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PC applications, including Windows and word processing.
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
