We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team in the West Coast region. This role will be responsible for managing existing and building new partner relationships, driving sales growth, and executing strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand partner relationships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, including VAR, Distribution, and service providers
* Collaborate with the Zerofox sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in channel account management, preferably in North American markets
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding partner relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
