Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at AdventHealth Murray. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures and maintaining records of examinations performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures to detect pathology and maintain records of examinations performed.
  • Assure patient flow and ensure patient and employee safety.
  • Direct patient responsibility for geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal patient care until the patient is returned to their room or until outpatient is discharged.
  • Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other department and medical staff.
  • Evaluate the service and equipment of the department according to departmental policy.
  • Accept call responsibilities in accordance with departmental policy.
Requirements
  • ARDMS or ARRT certified.
  • BLS certified.
