Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time Behavior Specialist for the 2024-2025 school year.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students, staff, and parents in a school setting, implementing behavior plans and providing positive behavior interventions.

• Responsibilities:
• Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior plans
• Working collaboratively with school staff and families to implement behavior plans
• Providing training and support to staff on behavior principles and strategies

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
