Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

At Child Care Resource Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving organizational effectiveness and improving the overall performance of our agency.

Job Summary:

The Organizational Development Specialist will collaborate with our Director to design, manage, and implement projects that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our organization. This position will utilize systems thinking, interest holder engagement, cross-agency partnerships, strategic planning, change management, project management methodology, and process facilitation to support our agency's vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement organizational development projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on organizational development principles and practices
  • Conduct process analysis and improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Training, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate learning role
  • Experience with Learning Management software and course authoring tools
  • Experience collecting metrics and maintaining a metrics-driven dashboard
  • Strong technical knowledge of general office procedures and excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday Learning
