Your Role:

As a vital member of our retail leadership team, the Seasonal Key Holder plays a crucial role in enhancing store performance through exemplary sales, service, and operational excellence. You are a results-oriented leader who thrives on driving sales and mentoring our sales associates to excel in customer service and product knowledge. Your efforts will create memorable experiences for our customers and recognize outstanding team achievements.

Daily Responsibilities:

Leadership (30%):

  • Enhance business outcomes by optimizing daily sales strategies and productivity targets while improving key performance indicators through active coaching on the sales floor.
  • Exhibit a proven track record in achieving sales and KPI goals, influencing team success.
  • Foster effective partnerships with team members, the Store Manager, and corporate partners through consistent communication and teamwork.

Sales and Service (40%):

  • Model the company's sales expectations and cultivate customer loyalty through proactive engagement.
  • Deliver engaging customer experiences by sharing your expertise in cooking, baking, or entertaining.
  • Utilize training resources to enhance personal and team product knowledge, selling skills, and business objectives.

Operations (30%):

  • Conduct essential operational tasks, including cash handling, reporting, pricing adjustments, and merchandise management.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and inventory control practices.
  • Follow established plans and act with urgency to adapt to the store's evolving needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain mobile and walk on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

  • A genuine passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining.
  • Experience in specialty retail.
