  • Ability to educate others positively and constructively.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and safety policies.
  • Proficient in financial performance assessment and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations-related applications.

Experience:

A minimum of 24 months in retail, including at least 12 months in a leadership role.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for 6-8 hours in a workday. The role requires various physical motions, including bending, twisting, and reaching, and may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
