Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

Allegra Marketing Print Mail | 22nd & Park | Tucson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, estimating and quoting orders, and processing and inputting customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Estimate and quote orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of customer requests.
  • Process and input customer orders, managing orders from data entry through production and delivery.
  • Provide customer service support for house accounts, as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of our customers and our business.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience, with a focus on business-to-business customers.
  • Experience in printing, mailing, and marketing is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-Mail, and the internet for research purposes.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with EFI Printsmith and the Adobe Suite software.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines for customer orders.
  • Ability to prioritize work, work independently with minimal supervision, and follow-up on tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant, out-going demeanor, and work in a team environment.
Working Environment:

The Senior Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary, incentives, and a benefits package, including 401K matching. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. This is an in-person position, with no remote or hybrid employment options available.
