Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Cartier North America. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience upon entry and throughout their visit.
  • Support the execution of individualized client experience journeys, working closely with boutique management to ensure seamless and memorable experiences.
  • Assist with all duties at the front podium, ensuring timely assistance for appointments and walk-in clients.
  • Utilize Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance the client experience, showcasing Cartier's rich history and values.
  • Assist the commercial team with various activities, including appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
  • Provide recommendations and personal services of the highest level, including directions, restaurant reservations, and entertainment requests.
  • Support the creation of maps, literature, and other materials as needed.
  • Assist with phone duties, supporting incoming calls, retrieval of messages, and appointment setting for phone inquiries.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and use of technology, including MS Office and SAP knowledge.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities, with a collaborative approach and ability to foster a united work environment.
