Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Project Coordinator to join our accounting team at Staff Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial accuracy of project-related accounts and contributing to the smooth financial operation of our projects.

About the Role

The Financial Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the Accounting Manager and provide crucial support in the areas of invoice processing, revenue generation, and financial project management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process consultant/vendor invoices.
  • Resolve outstanding payment issues.
  • Ensure accurate project setups and budgets for revenue generation.
  • Support the Project Manager and team with financial reporting and special tasks.
  • Maintain and close out project accounts, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision software (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year and benefits that align with industry standards.
