Job Description
The Project Accounting Specialist will work under the direction of the Accounting Manager and provide crucial support in the areas of invoice processing, revenue generation, and financial project management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively. Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing consultant and vendor invoices, resolving outstanding payment issues, and maintaining and closing out project accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and process consultant/vendor invoices.
  2. Resolve outstanding payment issues.
  3. Ensure accurate project setups and budgets for revenue generation.
  4. Support the Project Manager and team with financial reporting and special tasks.
  5. Maintain and close out project accounts, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
