Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory construction experience or equivalent lead experience.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on level of experience and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of designated projects while staying within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise work crews while providing technical direction.
  • Perform general labor tasks and fill in as needed.
  • Assist ISC supervisors and office staff with documentation for successful project outcomes.
  • Perform physical tasks and endure varying working conditions.
  • Direct small to large projects using ISC employees and subcontractors.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and office staff.
  • Work with Vice President, Project Manager, and Project Contract Administrator.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with project owners and prime contractors.
  • Oversee projects in accordance with design plans, specs, and schedules.
  • Investigate and address potential problems, implementing corrective measures.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and field operations.
  • Assist with financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
  • Inspect work areas and coordinate material and equipment flow.
  • Lead employees with sound judgment, integrity, and accountability.
