Financial Operations Coordinator
Staff Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Coordinator to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential.

About the Role
The Financial Operations Coordinator will support the Project Manager and other team members by processing contracts, managing accounts receivable, and closing out projects. They will also review and process consultant and vendor invoices, generate financial reports, and handle billing discrepancies. Familiarity with Deltek Vision software is a plus. This role plays a key part in ensuring the financial accuracy of project-related accounts and contributes to the smooth financial operation of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Process contracts and manage accounts receivable.
  • Closing out projects and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
  • Generate financial reports and handle billing discrepancies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision software (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
