Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team at Tri City Rentals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service to employees.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update payroll records by entering changes to employee information, benefits, and job titles.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain all payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Process and issue W-2 forms to employees.
- Receive new hire packets, complete checklists, and create new employee profiles in ADP.
- Assist in performing background checks for potential hires.
- Filing and organizing employee files.
- Strong computer skills, including typing, system, and software knowledge.
- Accurate data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with employees.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Confidentiality and respect for employee records.
