Job Summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling labor analysis and supervisory reports, maintaining the security of associate-related files, and performing other human resource administrative functions as directed.

Key Responsibilities

* Reconcile labor analysis and supervisory reports
* Maintain the security of associate-related files and documents
* Perform other human resource administrative functions as directed

Requirements

* Detail oriented and well organized
* Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
* Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job

Preferred Requirements

* Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information
* Comply with store-related payroll and scheduling policies, practices, legal requirements, and ethical procedures
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding hiring, payroll administration, and child labor restrictions
* Communicate effectively with people of diverse race, ethnicity, nationality, and abilities
* Complete daily time and attendance and weekly payroll
* Remain accessible to all associates
