Multidisciplinary HR Expert for On-Site Austin Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team in their Austin office. As the primary point of contact for employee relations, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, workforce development, and compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and providing support to employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and improve job performance.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll coordination, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management processes, including reviews and goal-setting.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the transportation or automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
