Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Seek Employee. As a Business Development Guide, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Quickly learn the decorative concrete product and installation knowledge.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
• Team with the marketing department to build pipeline and close deals.
Requirements:
• Proven inside and outside sales experience.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Experience working with CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
