Job Summary

Cohere is seeking an exceptional Head of Product Marketing to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge AI models and platform. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll craft compelling narratives for technical and business audiences, highlighting the transformative power of our technology. A key focus will be positioning our enterprise AI solutions as the superior choice for both developers and business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and AI industry trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and challenges in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to provide tools, training, and resources for effectively selling our AI products to enterprise clients.
  • Design and execute compelling content to help drive demand generation campaigns, qualified leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience working in marketing or product management, with 10+ years of experience in enterprise marketing in cloud or SaaS technology companies.
  • In-depth understanding of machine learning, particularly generative models, and a strong understanding of cloud computing, large language models (LLMs), and AI products.
  • Experience working in enterprise technology and operating in a global role or on a global scale is essential.
  • Experience as a thought leader in the field of technical marketing.
