Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Head of Product Marketing to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge AI models and platform. In this hands-on leadership role, you will craft compelling narratives for technical and business audiences, highlighting the transformative power of our technology. A key focus will be positioning our enterprise AI solutions as the superior choice for both developers and business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and AI industry trends.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and challenges in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Collaborate with executive and GTM leadership to define and execute GTM plans for new AI products and services.
- Partner closely with the sales team to provide tools, training, and resources for effectively selling our AI products to enterprise clients.
- Design and execute compelling content to drive demand generation campaigns, qualified leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Identify and leverage impactful customer success stories to build credibility and showcase real-world AI applications of Cohere.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
- 15+ years of experience working in marketing or product management, with 10+ years of experience in enterprise marketing in cloud or SaaS technology companies.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning, particularly generative models, and a strong understanding of cloud computing, large language models (LLMs), and AI products.
- Experience working in enterprise technology and operating in a global role or on a global scale is essential.
- Experience as a thought leader in the field of technical marketing.
- Proven ability to craft compelling value propositions and positioning strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to collaborate with design to create visually appealing assets.
- Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven people leadership experience and experience building & leading an enterprise-grade marketing team.
