- Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing guidance and support to front office staff, and ensuring that all team members are empowered to provide exceptional service.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure that all front office operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hotel experience, with a minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The physical demands of this role include standing and walking frequently, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. The ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping is also required.
