The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new Large Enterprise Financial Technology sales opportunities, providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Execute strategies to win new business from new and/or existing Banking or Financial Services accounts.
  2. Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
  4. Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
  5. Identify, bid, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  6. Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
  7. Provide input to sales management about trends and changes taking place within the customer's organization, and make recommendations about future courses of action necessary for the company to improve its position with the customer.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of industry/technical sales experience.
  • Business Outcome Selling Expertise.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,130 - $165,380, depending on location, as well as commission and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
