Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead high-performing community-based teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure stable and timely operations, including staffing and service delivery, to meet industry-leading standards.
  • Deliver community census and financial performance that exceeds expectations.
  • Oversee recruiting and hiring to meet service delivery needs and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable for delivering clinical results and regulatory compliance.
  • Remain proactive in completing required job responsibilities, including reports and other deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and other professionals in the local community.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Executive Director experience in senior living required.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a traditional in-person college or university.
  • Licensed North Carolina administrator or willingness and ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
  • Ability and willingness to work fully in-person.
