The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new Large Enterprise Financial Technology sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.
Main Responsibilities- Execute strategies to win new business from new and/or existing Banking or Financial Services accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
- Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
- Identify, bids, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
- 7+ years of industry / technical sales experience.
- Business Outcome Selling Expertise.
- Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
- Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We offer a competitive salary range of $118,130 - $165,380, depending on location and experience. This position also has commission in addition to the base salary.
