Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise and prompt execution of essential modifications to the organization by spearheading the Global Change Management (GCM) process.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive calendar that outlines critical milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Facilitate initial meetings with change leaders to assemble stakeholders, initiate impact assessments, and identify representatives from each functional area to participate in the project.
  • Assist change leaders in formulating clear communications that address all stakeholder inquiries, including those from Legal and Compliance.
  • Foster and cultivate partnerships with potential initiators and stakeholders by:
    • Providing ongoing one-on-one consultative training to change leaders on both processes and tools throughout their GCM journey, as well as offering general training to enhance awareness of the GCM process.
    • Leading and facilitating cross-functional meetings.
    • Supporting awareness initiatives and communications regarding Global Change Management objectives and processes.
    • Creating analytics and reports to monitor the effectiveness of processes and identify opportunities for enhancements.
    • Contributing to the advancement of the Workflow Management tool.
    • Offering strategic insights in the continuous evaluation of processes and identification of improvements.
  • Operate with a degree of autonomy and minimal direct supervision.
  • Exhibit independence in judgment and decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring careful consideration of the organization's reputation and the safeguarding of assets by adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Management within financial services, compliance, or legal sectors.
  • Familiarity with workflow systems.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding skills in relationship building and management.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
