Your Role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proficient Risk Management Consultant to enhance our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional services to our clients, which include conducting safety training sessions and engaging in safety meetings. You will also be tasked with preparing comprehensive underwriting survey reports promptly and accurately, ensuring that our policyholders receive top-notch safety services. Your insights will be crucial in enhancing risk appeal and managing loss experiences through well-founded recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit complete underwriting survey reports in a timely manner.
- Deliver high-quality services to policyholders, including employee safety training and participation in safety meetings.
- Provide effective safety services to our clients.
- Offer sound recommendations to enhance risk appeal and mitigate loss experiences.
- Achieve the performance standards set by the department in terms of quality and quantity.
- Conduct loss analyses and serious injury investigations, submitting actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence and enhance account performance.
- Fulfill the training requirements as outlined in the career development path.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments, policyholders, and producers.
- Engage in professional and community safety initiatives.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures.
Education:
Preferred: Associate's Degree with a focus on safety and health, fire protection, science, or engineering; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of field experience in Risk Management or Loss Control is preferred.
Position Details:
This role includes eligibility for a Vehicle Allowance.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $82,500 - $123,800, with final compensation based on experience, location, education, certifications, and role responsibilities.
