Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Liaison Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Educating healthcare professionals and their teams about our program offerings.
  • Providing therapy guidelines to align physician expectations regarding reimbursement.
  • Reviewing patient records to facilitate the completion of necessary documentation for coverage.
  • Assisting physicians with Special Authorization forms, enrollment documents, and prescription renewals.
  • Delivering regular updates to healthcare providers about their patients' progress.
  • Customizing program elements to cater to the specific needs of assigned physicians.
  • Identifying potential risks and promoting ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with team members across various roles to enhance the patient experience.
  • Participating in scheduled meetings with healthcare providers and sales representatives.
  • Attending Continuous Medical Education events and sharing insights with the team.
  • Traveling to various healthcare facilities as required.
  • Reporting adverse events and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or a related degree (pharmacists, science degrees) with transferable skills.
  • Experience in third-party reimbursement, pharmaceutical sales, managed care, or clinical support.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous, particularly for roles in specific provinces.
  • Previous experience as a Case Manager is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of CCPE is a plus.
