We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Latitude Corp. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our precision metal manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Conduct final inspections of production parts to ensure they meet or exceed requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the Quality and Production departments to ensure effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment and instruments to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition supply items as directed by the supervisor and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the monthly inventory process to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years' experience in a similar function.
- Skills: Ability to visually inspect parts with high attention to detail, read and understand blueprints, and possess basic math skills.
- Experience: 3 years' experience in a similar function, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
