About the Role

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to help deliver exceptional sales customer service to new and existing clients. This includes supporting Regional Sales Managers, reviewing and managing client contracts, and being the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client interests are represented within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Interact with clients and various internal departments to help manage client relationships with X-ES.
  • Sales Order Management: Manage client sales orders from entry through to shipment, including driving open item resolution with clients.
  • Internal Coordination: Organize and coordinate with internal departments to ensure sales orders are fulfilled in accordance with contractual commitments and client expectations.
  • Post-Shipment Support: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments on post-shipment inquiries and general account support.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment working directly with clients and client contacts.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with limited supervision. Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills. Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and use various software and database applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work onsite from our facility located at our office.
