  • Work closely with business partners and recruitment teams to handle new job openings from inception to onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in program management.
  • Strong collaboration skills across various teams and organizations.
  • Ability to effectively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to address complex situations.

  • Experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in project management and leadership techniques.
  • Proven success in overseeing large-scale programs.
  • Familiarity with Client Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in HR, particularly in recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of HR software such as PeopleSoft, iCIMs, and Workday.

  • Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS and Google Suite applications.
