We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Haysville Nursing & Rehab Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our residents to and from medical appointments.
Responsibilities- Transport residents to and from medical appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Accompany residents on all medical visits, providing emotional support and assistance as needed.
- Obtain and review medical documents, prescriptions, and appointment cards before leaving the doctor's office.
- Report back to the RCM team, providing detailed information about each visit and any concerns or issues that arose.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by the RCM team.
- Physically able to assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents with transfers to and from wheelchairs to vehicles.
- Possess a valid state driver's license.
- Qualified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.).
- Clean driving record and clean criminal record.
- Any other state required certifications.
