Account Manager - Accelerated Sales Program Overview

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Accelerated Sales Program. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers
  • Participate in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap's business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills
  • Prepare and execute account plans
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members
  • Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
  • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities
  • Spanish language proficiency
