Position Overview:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is a crucial, detail-focused role that involves managing the flow of materials within the facility, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.

This position emphasizes the importance of maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Effective communication skills are essential for building and sustaining relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues is vital for achieving success in this role.

It is expected that team members exhibit enthusiasm and a commitment to the business while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Team members are skilled in time management and actively foster a positive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the operation.

Compensation and Benefits:
$18 - $21 per hour, along with a Corporate Bonus. Enjoy a total of 34 Paid Days Off each year (including Vacation, Sick, and Holidays).

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and operate equipment without incidents.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklifts.
- Complete assigned tasks while following safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Assist in the processing of incoming shipments and organize materials by SKU and batch.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize incoming material.
- Ensure the accuracy of all inventory records.
- Follow established procedures to maintain inventory integrity.
- Participate in cycle counts as required.
- Efficiently pick and pack items as instructed.
- Load vehicles as necessary, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or proof of ongoing GED certification.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and recognize patterns in data.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, particularly with forklift usage (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with unloading containers is advantageous.
- Proficient in using handheld RF scanning devices and stretch wrapping equipment.
- Must demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to interact with diverse individuals while maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
