- Quality Control: Regularly check products to ensure quality and uniform completion, resolving any identified problems and alerting the supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment, performing basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, communicating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Education: High school diploma preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
