Position Overview:
As an integral part of the HR team at ORS Partners, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Administration and Employee Engagement Manager to:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that align with the company’s values and mission.
  • Formulate strategies aimed at boosting employee morale and retention, including wellness programs and recognition efforts.
  • Oversee the employee recognition program, ensuring daily engagement activities such as team lunches and snack provisions are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate special events for employees, including team-building exercises, holiday celebrations, and company outings.
  • Evaluate engagement programs through feedback and participation, while considering innovative ideas to enhance employee involvement.
  • Support HR functions including Payroll and benefits administration, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including the employee referral program and maintenance of the employee handbook.
  • Establish and maintain organized electronic filing systems for HR, employee, and payroll documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to uphold the company’s culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including new hire documentation, payroll setup, and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and materials.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated versatility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Google Workspaces and Slack is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Team-oriented with a flexible approach to challenges.
  • Commitment to discretion and confidentiality regarding company and employee information.
