Job Summary:
10bits is a leading healthcare staffing company providing high-quality clinical professionals to hospitals and medical facilities. We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Explain medical procedures to patients and answer their questions in a clear and concise manner.
- Follow strict safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
- Prepare and administer radioactive drugs as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of procedures performed.
- Adhere to procedures for safe disposal of radioactive materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of current experience in nuclear medicine technology.
- Active ARRT Certification.
- Current BLS Card.
- Covid-19 vaccination card.
- Ability to travel for work assignments.
Work Schedule:
- 5-day workweek with 8-hour shifts.
- 40 hours of work per week.
Compensation:
$70.00 per hour.
Experience:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist: 2 years of experience required.
License/Certification:
- BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required.
- ARRT Certification required.
Work Environment:
Work will be performed in-person at a healthcare facility.
