Heavy Equipment Track Technician

Job Description: As a Heavy Equipment Track Technician with the Army National Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the mechanical integrity of our track vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on track vehicles, including fuel and electrical systems, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair complex mechanical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing vehicle availability.
- Supervise and Train: Lead and train other technicians in the maintenance and repair of track vehicles, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, including engine repair, transmission maintenance, and electrical systems.
- Problem-Solving: Develop and apply creative problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
- Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to supervise and train other technicians.
