Job Summary:

Captain D's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, labor costs, and financials.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including shift leaders, servers, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Manage labor costs, including scheduling and payroll, as well as monitoring financial performance and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, including onboarding new staff and providing ongoing training and coaching.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, including experience in inventory management, labor costs, and financial management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to greet customers, take orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Strong inventory management skills, including the ability to manage inventory levels and monitor stock levels.
  • Financial Management Skills: Strong financial management skills, including the ability to manage labor costs and monitor financial performance.
  • Training and Development Skills: Strong training and development skills, including the ability to provide training and coaching to team members.
