About the Role

As a Director of Nursing Services in Training, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned professional, learning the ins and outs of our long-term care facilities and developing the skills and expertise needed to excel in this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
  • Availability to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Indiana Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum of three years' clinical experience in Geriatric or Gerontology, coupled with a minimum of one year's experience as a departmental manager of a long-term care facility (preferred)
  • Knowledge of current Federal and State laws and regulations that apply to the practice of nursing in long-term care (preferred)
