Medical Director Opportunity

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Addiction Clinic for OBOT Treatment. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered treatment for addiction to prescription medications and other opioids.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Admitting patients for buprenorphine treatment and conducting thorough history and physical exams.
  • Monitoring patient dosages in conjunction with the Treatment Center Director and Counselors.
  • Consulting on high-risk patients and conducting annual medication reviews.
  • Supervising Nurse Practitioners and completing monthly chart reviews.
  • Performing other related duties as determined by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Board certification or eligibility in any specialty.
  • Licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • At least 6 months of Addiction Medicine experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment preferred.
  • Drug rehabilitation training/knowledge helpful.
  • Ability to interact compassionately with a diverse population.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
