Training Officer

Crescens Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing comprehensive training curriculums that meet the needs of our business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to plan and deliver training curriculums that align with our business objectives.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate agency-specific training through various delivery methods to enhance employee and/or vendor development.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analyses and confer with agency staff and subject matter experts to determine training needs.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Develop surveys, tests, and other tools for evaluating courses and participants' learning to ensure training needs are being met.
- Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to two years of full-time professional work in one or a combination of the following: academic teaching; educational administration; development of instructional materials for academic programs; workforce development; or training.
- Substitution of Education for Experience: Additional graduate coursework in one or a combination of the following may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of two years: Human Resources Management; Industrial/Organizational Psychology; or any field related to the design or evaluation of curriculum and related instructional processes.
- Substitution of Experience for Education: Any teaching or training experience, or any remaining professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.
- Professional Experience: One year of professional experience in delivering workforce training with the State of Tennessee.
