Qualifications:

•High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Key Responsibilities:

•Cleans and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils in accordance with departmental standards.

•Serves meals on cafeteria and patient tray lines, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

•Assembles, delivers, and retrieves patient trays efficiently.

•Prepares simple food items such as salads, and portions and garnishes food as instructed.

•Learns and adheres to HACCP sanitation guidelines for safe food handling.
