This is an exciting opportunity to join Lockheed Martin as a Technical Service Engineer in the Lexington, KY area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers regarding the installation, configuration, and use of technical products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on the use of technical products and systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to effectively communicate and train customers on the use of products and systems.
  • Work on a variety of products and systems, including software systems and programs designed for corporate and individual customers, as well as government entities.
  • Provide support and assistance both remotely and on-site at the customer's location.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Electronics maintenance background.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of RF theory.
  • Basic knowledge of Signal Generators and Signal Analyzers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

Desired Skills

  • FSR experience with relevant systems.
  • OCONUS deployed time operationally attached to DOD or other government departments and agencies, preferably with SOF units/commands.
  • Minimum 1 year of SOF tactical communications (MBITR, PRC-117, PRC-152, etc.) experience.

Security Clearance

This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
