Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager - Water Services Group

The Water Services Group (WSG) is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead our team in the Southeast Region. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for delivering technically superior products and services, staff development, and profit delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and commit staff for specific assignments, coordinating with Regional Team Leaders, North America Unit, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver chargeable salaries, control non-chargeable salaries, and manage indirect expenses to achieve targeted actual profit margin.
  • Coordinate with other Technical Delivery Managers and Regional Team Leaders to share work and staff across geographic boundaries.
  • Further and oversee technical excellence, compliance with Quality Management and Health and Safety procedures.
  • Develop and grow CDM Smith's future leaders through the Structured Mentoring Program.
  • Manage the review process and actively participate in Technical Knowledge Management, Communities of Practice.
  • Assign Project Manager in-Training coaches and work closely with Delivery Leaders, Practice and Discipline Leaders, and Sales Leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 15 years of related experience or equivalent additional directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership history through project management, task management, and mentoring.
