About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Process Development Engineer Intern to join our Analog Technology Development (ATD) team at Texas Instruments. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining and developing the next generation of process and device technologies for TI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet performance and cost objectives
  • Support the development and ramp of new process technologies by executing process experiments and analyzing device and process yield data
  • Collaborate with design, system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure process technologies meet objectives
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Strong background in devices and/or materials, with a flexible and interested approach to a wide range of topics within semiconductor devices physics and materials
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
