The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll drive key initiatives that span multiple teams and systems across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to streamline processes, manage resources, and ensure the successful execution of internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with engineering, IT, Finance, and Operational teams to design, develop, and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate and handle workstreams in large-scale business transformational programs.
• Deliver status and reporting to provide project clarity and transparency to different levels across the business.
• Drive alignment on key decisions and problem-solving in a decisive, confident, and timely manner.
• Build partnerships with key collaborators to lead them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes required to deliver business value.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to understand the technical complexities of each issue and determine the most efficient path to resolution.
• Use your technical expertise to bridge the gap between the engineering and other teams, ensuring a shared understanding and facilitating effective problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in SaaS and/or related industry or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity working with product management, Dev, or quality engineering would be a plus.
• BS/BA or equivalent relevant years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams.
• Proven track record in leading multi-functional teams through influence versus direct management.
• Ability to break down very complex technical projects and present this information to non-technical teams who need to be informed and made aware of risks and trade-offs as a project progresses.
• Proficiency in using different Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Dynamics) and familiarity with various ERP and CRM tools.
• Understanding of how different technical integrations impact or work across various systems.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,400 -- $224,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
