As a key member of our healthcare team, the Nurse Residency Program Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver high-quality clinical training to new nurses, focusing on advanced clinical skills and critical thinking.
- Develop and implement educational sessions, preceptorship training, and hands-on simulations to enhance resident learning.
- Collaborate with experienced nurse leaders and medical providers to provide individualized support and mentorship to residents.
- Assess patient condition, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance patient care.
- Document patient information, medication administration, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
- No previous experience required.
