About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Poulsbo, WA. As a key member of our school-based program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to support student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Assess and address communication barriers to facilitate effective learning
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Washington state licensure as an SLP
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting preferred
Work Environment:
- Caseload: Max 42 students
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: On-site/In-Person
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
